Hobart Canada Celebrates 100 Years of Delivering Quality and Service in Commercial Food Equipment

From its founding in 1910 to its presence today as a leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial food equipment, Hobart Canada is celebrating a century of service, quality and innovation in 2010. Hobart Canada has been developing market leading products for the past 100 years and plans to continue to do so in the future. In March, Hobart Canada launched the AM Select Ventless warewasher, the first door-type warewasher with Hobart’s energy recovery technology. This new technology saves water and reduces installation and operation costs. It also eliminates the need for a vent hood, saving operations more than $5,000 the first year alone, and more than $1,500 every year after that. The AM Select Ventless warewasher is just one example of how Hobart innovation is changing the face of foodservice.
