The Convertible Reach-In Freezer has a microprocessor control for precise temperature maintenance. Its balanced, self-contained refrigeration system evenly distributes cool air throughout the cabinet. Standard operating temperature in freezer mode is -17.7°C to -20.5°C and 1.1°C to 3.3°C in refrigeration mode. A biased return air duct wards off the introduction of warm kitchen air into the cabinet and helps keep air temperature consistent.
