The front-breathing design of the Traulsen sandwich prep tables provides for “zero-clearance” installation, allowing the unit to be placed against a wall or for the placement of other equipment alongside it.

With its stainless steel exterior top, sides and doors, Traulsen sandwich prep tables are ready to take whatever abuse you want to throw at them. The anodized aluminum interior is just as resistant to nicks and dents.

The unit includes two powder-coated wire shelves per door. They are adjustable in 1.27-cm increments, allowing for a minimum of 3.8-cm spacing between shelves.
